I'd say either pro dent repair or skim and paint that.

Get a paintless dent removal guy to do it. Will cost around £60-£80 and will be perfect.

hmm from that picture it looks like the dent is more of a crease, a fairly "sharp" one too.
When metal is dented the metal stretches, to repair the damage the metal has to be shrunk back in to place.
That kit doesn't shrink metal from what I can see.

Is that a front wing ? will it unbolt easily ? might be easier to get another to replace it.

Otherwise I'd be looking at learning to hammer & dolly.

Unless I'm very much mistaken it's a 2.0 924 Lux front wing in guards red. I'm not a genius who can identify any car I've just owned many of them, and that dent has been on several, I can only assume it's a weak point on the wing.

I've knocked one out before by removing the wing and hammer and dollying it, but I could always see where it was, a PDR guy would get a good result but again not perfect.

The only way to really get rid is to fill and respray, if the wings are rot free its worth doing as replacements are rarer than hot 21yr old girls on PH.

I`m sure a good dent guy will get that out. I use this guy and if you check his gallery of extreme dents, some look 100 times worse than that:

OP where are you based. I can recommend a good PDR guy who covers Gloucester, Cheltenham and Worcs.

Depending where you are dentdevils are very good but prices do vary. I had a full car done in Leeds for £25 but then another car done by the guy covering Halifax/Huddersfield for £80 for less dents.
Both jobs were fantastic and even got out what looked more like a crease on a swage line.

That is a very simple straightforward dent with easy access, Don't start removing panels or thinking of having it filled or god forbid having a go yourself, Any good pdr tech would get that out completely in under an hour.
