Dashboard warning lights

Does anyone know where to source the little alloy dash warning lights on Chimaeras, Griffs and I think they were also used on Cerberas ? They're about 15mm diameter, alloy bezel and a dark etched face through which the LED shines ? I'm after a 'P' and 'MIL' Is there a supplier still making them ?
