Master cylinder rod
Discussion
Hi,
changing to fifth gear is sometimes hard and with a crunch. Other gears are better but even tight. It feels like the plate isn't disconnected enough. So i tried to lengthen the rod of the master cylinder. The biting point came up a little bit, but gear change is still tight. Gear change seems better, after putting in any other gear. After this any gear change works well (sorry can't describe better...).
I saw that the master cylinder is leaking a little bit. Not much, but the rod is a little wet. Liquid container is full. Is it normal that i can move the released rod 1" from left to right ? As it would be loose.
Hope someone can give me some advice. Maybe i just have to bleed the pipe ?
Regards
