Car paint warranty question...

Recently on my Toyota Yaris I've noticed that some of the paint on the offside of the rear bumper is peeling and thanks to some pretty heavy rain last week the paint has peeled in only small but noticeable places at the top of the bumper.
The car is a 2009 (58) and my question is would such paint damage be covered by the car's paint and bodywork warranty?

In theory yes but I can count on one hand the number of people who have managed to claim on a paint warranty, there is nearly always a get out clause. I think it comes down to how nice the dealer is most of the time.

With full main dealer service history, you should be okay.
