Has anyone been? Would you recommend it? Very close to booking for me and the mrs in November -all inclusive.

Thanks.

dont know this one personally, im sure its lovely but Barbados is not the place to go all inclusive, you will miss out on so much by doing so .......

have been to almond beach several time, there used to be 2 resorts one for couples and one for families, always stayed in the family one as we had young kids at the time, always really enjoyed our stay there, used it a couple of times as a chill out for a week after doing the disney parks in florida. it started to get a bit tired, however this had improved the last time we visited, i have since heard they have continued to update the place, great food and really laid back.

last couple of trips to the caribbean we opted for turks and caicos islands (beaches resort) bit more up market and run by an american outfit, so everything is very customer focused, my wife works mentioned to the manager how impressed we were with whole place, by the time we got back to our suite there were chocolate coated strawberry's and a bottle of bubbly waiting for us, now that is service

you might also want to look at st lucia jalouise plantation, very smart

good luck, enjoy

Just booked Couples Sans Souci in Jamaica for second year in a row. Bloody superb, adults only, branded drinks, top class food and amazing rooms. Check it out. If it's Barbados all inclusive you want then try Crystal Cove in St James. Also excellent!

I went a few years back and it was great. All your watersports were included at the time, too.

There are several decent restaurants and also a servery where you can help yourself to snacks like chips, pizza and hot dogs in the day.

Nice air conditioned squash courts, too.

My only gripe was the state of order of things like skirting boards in the rooms and some of the furniture but that was me really nit picking.
