Range Rover Vogue, High Miles, Money pit??

I'm looking at a 2002 RR Vogue diesel with 145k on the clock, 3 owners and full history. What are these like with highish miles of 145k? Likely to be a money pit or not?

Electrics, gearboxes and air suspension....add in tyres, fuel etc, they are not a cheap car to run.

I had a 100K miles 03 TD6 ran it for a year and 20K miles, cost me 2500 in repairs (at trade prices.....gearbox, air suspension pump and a few other bits)

That said it was superb in the bad weather
