V8S brake reservoir part no?

Anyone have a quick answer? I noticed the cap on the brake fluid reservoir was loose yesterday and some has spilled. The cap will only tighten to a certain extent before the thread has clearly gone. It might just need an “o” ring or I might jusy throw a new cap on their (the wires just pulled out as well). It’s a Ford part, but does anyone know which one? I have a Ford garage near to work so I’ll pop along to see whether they have a replacement if there’s time.

The MCyl reservoir part number is 74470810. The cap is a bit worn but the number on the cap looks like 89FB.2L414-AA.

If its same as V6's I think Fiesta would be a good guess, but could well be common to most Fords of that era ?

I replaced mine in 2008 when the terminals corroded. It's Ford part number 6174635 and it cost me a tenner. Here's one:
