Jobs to do while its off the road
Discussion
Hi all
Going to be doing some jobs to the Nob while its off the road. Here is my list so far
Floor pan removal, powdercoat and reseal
Clean up chassis and repaint areas
Tunnel cooling mod
Replace heatshielding
Exhaust wrap
Coolant pipes
TDS
Diff
Gearbox shot peened and polished
Install Oil pressure/temp gauge
Upgrade Intercooler to Pro Alloy
Get fan shroud for Radiator
New brake pads and discs
Anything else that should do while im there? The car will be on the ramps for a couple of weeks, and im looking to bring her back to showroom condition, while doing some upgrades so i can run around over 400bhp
Thanks
Julian

I also want to wrap the fuel tank, lines etc in heat resistant material. And ideally modify the fuel lines to stop the buzzing once and for all. Any ideas on how to do this?
Is it worth doing the ARP studs and uprated valve springs?
Im trying to justify to myself its not worth upgrading the turbos while the engine is out....
Any other bits i may aswell do while its off the road?

Hi Julian i do a modified tank that helps alot , change the pickup and move outlet to the back of the tank and change to a -10 outlet and also fit 2 x -6 inlets at the top , this helps the pump return and can stop some of the buzzing , to be honest a 044 pump will always buzz !!! Tank mod improves fuel flow !!
yes fit ARP head bolts and defo do the valve springs !!!!

here is a picture of how i have done my own pump and Funky pump setup .
