bluray not dvd wink

have a look at what one comes with most films you want to watch then buy that alot of the films are exclusive to only one brand

When you buy a 3d BluRay film make sure its not one that comes with the Stupid Red/Blue filter glasses, there is alot of bandwaggoning going on with the 3D logo.

Just got a Panasonic DMP-BDT100 if you can get them in the UK, it's brilliant.

as i said alot of the propper 3d films you cant actually buy they are tied to one company as exclusives that will end though so really just go for teh one that gets you teh most free films you want

Can you clarify. I'm about to buy into 3d bluray, more than likely one of the oppos, and was under the impression that any 3d disc thrown at any 3d player should work

no you will at the moment alot of films you can only get when you buy say a sony bluray player they give you a bunch of films free to try entice you into buying their player those films you usually cant buy separately much worse with sony due to their tie in with sony movies. but after a while the exclusivity end then the films get released for general sale

Use this opportunity to get yourself a PS3. The firmware can be easily updated for 3d Bluray playback, and you get a great games console thrown in too smile
