I'm about to well tomorrow set the cerbera back on the ground, and was wondering what sort of spring sag i can expect and where roughly to set them. i know they will need adjusting a few times to get right but just as a general rule?

Well i set the rear to 32mm (1" 1/4) and put the car back on the ground and the ride height is currently at 150mm, so not far out.

will do, I've poly-bushed the suspension as well although will be next week until i get to drive it in anger and will probably take some time to get used to or how i like it.
