Tom Tom One (3rd Edition) Europe - won't work
Symptoms are as follows:
When the unit is turned on, it comes up with the front welcome screen and then freezes and does nothing. It won't even turn off, the only way to do this is to press the reset button. However, when it's turned back on it just freezes again as described above. It's appears to be charging fine, as the green light illuminates.
Any advice would be greatly appricaited, i'm lost (excuse the pun
) without my sat nav.

you tried holding the on button for 15 seconds to get the TT drum sound and a full boot....worth a try...
Yep, tried this, plus many other combinations. Still no joy.Downloaded 'tom tom home' tonight and carried out an update. The system now starts up, but it's now telling me that no maps can be found? Very very confused as in the applications section of tom tom home, it shows that the maps are present
