Does a car advert have to state the model?

I'm slightly bemused this morning by an advert which doesn't state the model:

I wonder how long it will take to sell?

Besides this I've noticed another car advert on here which has pictures of to different types of car and the engine isn't given:

What are people thinking when they do this?

You've never heard of the Peugeot Lovely?

As for the C5, I presume the dealer just dragged the photos off their camera and didn't notice the first one was a different car. They are superficially similar - black, mid-sized family runabouts.
