Anyone know please, any help appreciated.

what bit do you need help on? Im on gaz gold pro's, on pretty much the lowest i could go, but its personal preference? Think the springs go slack at certain suspension geometry if you go too low, but cant remember exactly what the reason was for not going lower.

A good few people suggest the front of the Tuscan is best set stiff with quite soft rears, i have yet to try this on the pro's which can be a little bouncy of too soft...i guess it will be similar on the standard gaz schocks

Just the ride heights front and back from floor to outrigger or the length of the spring/height of the platform.

IIRC a rough guide is 160mm rear and 150mm front. HTH
