Following on from the "how much to build a wall" thread - what is the approx cost per m2 to lay ceramic tiles on a concrete terrace. Approx 100m2. Tiles are 600mm x 600mm.

Similarly how much to tile 2 flights of steps (on with about 11 steps, other flight with about 20 steps).

Thanks!

If the base is already there then around £27 per m2 plus VAT

Obviously cost of tiles on top

That sounds expensive, £32.40 to lay 4 tiles?

Decent tiler is about £25 per sq mtr by me, staffs. Internal or external should not make much difference.

Those prices quoted are spot on. We did a job last week 50 sq m and charged £23.50 due to a bit of friendly competition. However if its a straight forward job we would look to reduce our costs to approx £21 -£ 22 per m due to the qty stated. These prices would include the adhesives and grout as well.

Ceramic Tiles?
We were advised to use porcelain as ceramic won't survive the weather
