Pun intended.

Can't help but feel the comments are pretty partisan on this.

What she does behind closed doors is maybe her own business, but to be in the paper (and getting a fee), makes her a scumbag SWT in my book. I wonder if the women supporting her in the comments section would be as supportive if it were her in the nursing home and he had another woman moved in........

Very Very Sad.

Like that great philosopher Benny Hill once said via the medium of song, "but a woman's needs are many fold". Oysters require feeding.

Her plight is not an easy one to dredge up sympathy for, not an easy one to criticise too strongly either, though a strict religious viewpoint with a foreign accent would say 'mais non' and that's that. Would a rabbit and a penpal hit the same spot?

She lives in my home town - I've seen her around. Of course, I didn't know this about her.

Can't really say I blame her too much for having another man, but why the f appear in the papers with it!?!

And the usual male line is that a chap who sleeps around is jack-the-lad, and a woman who does the same is a slapper.

If I were in the position of Pete I would not expect my wife to only ever satisfy her desires with the aid of a Rabbit.

That she has chosen to tell her story is brave on the one hand as it sends out the message that this is okay - it is, FFS should she just join a convent? On the other hand it highlights her and her families anguish and situation which will not be good for any of them.

She is a flipping demntia nurse for a living. She more than anyone should be able to care for her husband in his condition at home, with suitable respite care that is available for everyone in a similar situation. She seems to have the attitude that he is an inconvenience, that doubly incontinent people are ok to care for if you are getting paid for it, but not if not.

If poor hubby was at home with his sons, (with whom he seems to be able to interact with, play footabll etc) and she was out getting cocked like Wyatt Earp's pistols by "Jess" round at his own gaff, then so be it, (although I dont think it should be in the papers).

As for this "Jess getting to know him" claptrap, WTF?
I feel most sorry for the kids of course, their comments abotu lookign after dad as he cannot look after us say it all..... and notice all the family supporting her are her fking family..!

I am sure the kids will grow up with great values living with a woman like that.

If I were her husaband, trapped in that state, unable to love her, I'd want her to move on and have a proper life, not sentance her to my plight.

We ahve but one life, it shouldnt be wasted.

I think you need to read the article. She's a nurse, paid to wipe people's ares all day, and she cannto look after her husband, so has shipped him out and basically moved the new guy in with the kids......

Getting seen to once in a while whilst hubby gets his bed bath is one thing, palming him off strangers whilst moving a new fella in, agsinst the kids wishes is another.

This is completely fair.

It's fking easy to be a slut, it's fking hard to be a stud. To be a stud you have to be witty, charming, well dressed, have nice shoes and a fake job. To be a slut you just have to be there. There are fat ugly sluts out there, there are no fat ugly studs. I've met slutty dwarves, I've never met a stud dwarf.

A two year old child can kick a football into a goal, but I wouldn't sign them up for my team.... and I wouldnt want to be married to one for life......

Clearly it says in the article that he's badly brain damaged and no longer able to be her husband as would be normally expected. He cant hold conversations or look after himself. He has the mental ability of a small child, without the ability to learn and improove. I would guess its very much a living death sentance.

Would you give your wife a similar life sentance? I'd rather be dead, myself.

IMO it's ok given the situation.
It's not ok to go to the papers with it though.

Rhetorical question.

What on earth possesses people to make them publicise something like this?
