Looks like the bloke with the camera is driving a Volvo, maybe an S60. I've gleaned that much watching the first few seconds.

Just watched all of that now. Bloody unbelievable. She was driving like a total idiot and I'm not surprised she hit a pedestrian. Making off from something like that and then trying to deny it, what a feckless cow.

What an utter . What about the guy she hit though? A smack like that would gravely injure a younger person let alone a 75 year old?!

The fella with the camera is a bit wierd though, don't get me wrong, in this instance the camera proved invaluable...but driving around with a camera, comentating on others driving and following people in case they do something stupid...really really odd.

There is now way she couldn't have noticed the old guy bouncing off her wing! I was considering having a camera like this in my car, this has sealed the decision!

BTW is the footage admissible in court?

yes does seem to be some sort of self appointed highway vigilante. Still, it paid off this time. Anybody know how the gentleman was who was hit and what sentence the lady received?

Flanders.

Looks like an advert and a mock situation at first glance.

Call to Police removed, no idea as to the result in Court.

Look at it this way. Almost all the predictions come true. Anything that could be used to identify the case is not there.

Posting the video after the court case, and they'd obviously post the sentence. Post it before the court case and you're ruining any chance of a conviction and possibly opening up to contempt of court.

Good for them I say - They had a camera and it was obvious an accident was inevitable. To be honest, she looked drunk - if she hadn't hit that poor bloke I'm sure they would be phoning the police very soon anyway.

Wouldn't you do the same [call the police] if you saw that sort of driving? If not, why the hell not?

Have you deliberately misunderstood, people aren't saying he's wierd for phoning the police, people think its a bit odd that two chaps are driving round in a car, with a camera following people they think are driving badly.

Do you not think thats odd?

If not, why the hell not?

No news reports were made, and she got away lightly with a 2 year suspended, 200 hours community service, 2 year ban and had to pay the victim £500 compensation, just because she had young kids herself. i wonder how she will react if someone ran over her kids and drove off.
