Santa pod in car camera

Does santa pod and shakeys allow in car cameras to be used that are mounted using suction mounts?

I am looking at getting a gopro hd hero, but wasnt sure if i was wasting my money

i have one on a pro mod car
it dont fall off during the launch 0.98 @ 60 and over 200 mph and thats on the outside of the car,
they suck good!

Yup, i use one of them cheap mobile phone holders from halfords.
