Can anyone give me any tips and how easy / difficult it is to change the master cylinder on the clutch on a T350? Has anyone posted a DIY post with pictures for a non-mechanically minded enthusiast?

Cheers!coffee

Easy, though space is a little tight, I'd recommend using some stubby spanners and a 1/4 inch socket set.

Don't forget you will also need to bleed the system from under the air box and reset the pedal travel to ensure the clutch is disengaging. I found bleeding it manually rather than with an easybleed.

If you want a step-by-step I will post one up.

Would be great, if you can post a step by step on howto bleed manually and reset the pedal.
Thank you !

Maybe someone else can give some advice in bleeding the clutch ?
open bleeding bolt under airbox-->floor pedal-->close it-->release pedal-->refill reservoir in between-->until no air in system anymore

Is this correct ?

Do i have to readjust the pedal ?

And when you have put it all back check it is set correctly
NOT opening the clutch to far, as it strains the fingers

Is the clutch travel set with the length on the push rod or is it an adjustment on the pedal floor stop?

Jack up the back, put car in gear, press clutch until you can turn wheel (second person)
set floor stop
