E53 bmw clock problem.....help!

anyone had any experience with the clock resetting itself on the bmw nav system?
it is running an hour slow and everytime i adjust it, when i restart the car it reverts back to being an hour slow!

any suggestions please?

Must be something to with a Summer Time / Daylight Saving Time setting ?

it was fine until i unplugged the main unit and has been doing it ever since, i cant see any options for summer/winter etc
