Str8 Six TVR Racing Cerbera taking shape

Searching for pictures of Cerbera battery bays (don't ask - trying to work out how to fit my new battery brain as the damn engine cover for the battery is too tight for it to fit in default position) and noticed the guys at Str8 Six are working on a new Cerbera racing project.

Guessing that is the Cerbera base that they inherited when they bought Silverstone Performance and parts last year and had the engine chromed (or something like that!)

No expert here but the article says that the chassis is a Cerbera and the title was implying similar

It's clearly not a Cerbera body shell. It's impossible to tell from the photo wether or not it's a Cerbera chassis, but as it's a Tuscan body shell, I'd hazard a guess it must be a Tuscan chassis.

The article in April's Sprint also stated it was being built from a 'road going Tuscan'.

Deffo a Tuscan, the work this is being put into this is simply fantastic, it will run a 4ltr engine reving to 8K+ producing well north of 400 horses. Lots of chassis bracing being done to stiffen it up, can't wait to see if the driving talent can match the engineering talent, if it does it should be a very quick package.

It's a Tuscan, built from a new body and chassis that was bought from the TVR factory when it closed, Lots of extra bracing has been added to it. I took a few photo's when I was up there last month and posted them in the Tuscan forum.









Its running a sequential 6 speed gearbox and being built for endurance racing.
