How superior do you feel when driving about in a car you know would wipe the floor with pretty much every other vehicle in sight?
It's a good game although gets boring quite quickly if your car is very fast. Like if you had a 335d mapped... or something.
It gets interesting when you see something you know would be quick and you wonder maybe if I was using vPower and the weather was good then I'd smoke him... but that 'might' be quicker...

I don't feel superior at all driving the TVR, not least because I've got a Passat Diesel which I drive most of the time!! But I do love driving the TVR, but that's just because I like her, not because she's faster than many cars I may meet, after all, I don't tend to use her power most of the time....

Oh, it's not the be all and end all... just a game that lasts a few seconds when you're not looking out for speed cameras. ejenner said:

It's alright if the motorbike looks slow and you think - yeah, could probably have that... Edit: actually, the more the gimp in the leather reckons himself the better it would be to know you could leave him eating your dust.
I have kind of the opposite problem.
My tired old TVR 350I looks fast and makes a load of noise, but actually isn't particularly fast, so i look round thinking that most of the boring euro-saloon/hatchbacks etc. could probably leave me in their dust!
I don't really care though, I'm usually having fun.

my monaro has a minor rep around my small town for being rare and fast. this is due to ignorance mainly, if any of the mildly tuned ricer had a pop at me id be without a paddle.
