I was always under the impression the last wedges had the BV engines ... offered in parralel with the Griff BV's ... I could be mistaken

mine has BV heads, but that's cos I fitted them myself

I have the first BV Griff registered by the factory in April 1992. Factory kept the car as a factory demonstrator/publicity/press/courtesy car and PRW's (& Neds) runabout until July 2005.

How many 430's are there? I remember seeing a beige (sounds horrid but it looks great) coloured Wedge at Power stuffed away in the corner and it was there for months - Dom couldn't contact the owner to collect it. I did enquire at buying it at the time but tthe owner collected soon after. Maybe he was saving to pay his bill?

I have seen a white 430SE many many moons ago, that was on a "K" plate

There was a dark maroon coloured one at TAG11 as well.

I think that the white and beige are the same car.

One of eight according to the seller when he advertised in May.

Was £10,950 then as well. Good news for all you actual (as opposed to hopeful) Wedge owners out there if prices are on the up!

The eight might be the number of 420SE's made.

Records for 420SE are mixed with 390SE as they are basiccally the same apart from the engine!
The 420 was only available to a favoured few deemed capable of driving them by the factory, so TVR folk law says!
So a number of 8 420SE could be true but who knows?
