Tein EDFC

I've just bought some Tein Master Flex for the '5, and have the opportunity to buy a fairly cheap EDFC kit to go with it.

Anyone got any thoughts on these, it'll be for light trackday use, as well as the 50/50 motorways and back roads I do.

Also does anyone who has one know if they require anything else, e.g. new top mounts etc,
