Infamous - Last Boss on Hard

Are you freaking kidding me!!!!

Can someone give me some tips or help how to beat it because it's just beating the hell out of me.

I can't even last 10 seconds into the fight or hit it.

I'm not dropping it down to normal, that's not even an option. I've got this far on Hard and want to complete it on hard. But I'm about ready to go and burn down Sucker Punch's headquarters!

Finally did it!

After about 2 hours on that one boss fight, he's dead!

Such a frustrating boss fight!

Completed on hard. Wooo.
