Anybody got a Tomtom Go 1005? Points of interest question

Tomtom Go 1005.

Can you add your own Points of Interest categories? I've been able to do this with previous models, but heard conflicting reports about the 1005.

Can't tell you exactly how at the moment as I don't have the sat-nav to hand, but I've added various categories.
