How can an Audi in Brooklyn be a farm vehicle? When it saves it's owner $389 a year in insurance costs.

Doesn't work over here.

I tried to insure my Manitou (5 ton prob 25mph top speed) I couldn't get a quote less than £800 and I only wanted to travel within 30 miles of my house.
