auto crime vans

There is an auto crime van in bracknell at the moment outside the lookout, there is a BiB in the middle of the road with somekind of gun i dont think hes shooting lazer because the road angel (went home especially to get it when i saw him) wasnt picking up any lazar hits, could this be the ANPR cameras people have been talking about?

Unlikely to be ANPR. I have heard the auto crime van in Bracknell has a detachable 'tracker' unit this can be hand held. ANPR will not be operated without lots of uniformed presence in the area, especially marked motorcycles!

do ANPR and highway robbery vans operate together - sweating over a van yesterday that had attendant jamjars further down the road.

I wasn't going that quick, honest (at least I was under three figures!)
