Guys I have made the name badges for the fest and was planning to send them direct to the hotel via carrier for Friday delivery. Are you guys ok for picking them up from reception and laying them out on a table saturday morning. I thought I'd send them on because I dong know what time I'll be getting there.

I have despatched the badges to the hotel on an AM delivery for tomorrow.

I think I have got everyone but I have included some blanks so no one gets left out if they turn up.
