A tiny article in the paper about the funding of tea.
Discussion
I was reading The Sun today (probably my first mistake) and noticed, tucked waaaaaaay at the bottom, an article that consisted of 4 lines and one sentence:
"Hard-up MP's are having to form a kitty for their tea and biscuits as the old way wasn't working."
All I could think was "........what?"
Apart from the issue of "There's bigger things to worry about than the tea break", it raised a couple of questions:

Apart from the issue of "There's bigger things to worry about than the tea break", it raised a couple of questions:
- what was this "old way"? Expenses?
- are MPs actually complaining about tea? Really? God forbid they put their hands into their pockets.
