Granite worktop

Hi All,

Just moved into a house which has a baltic brown granite worktop. I have been told that it is approximately 7 years old.

I looks rather dull unlike the absolute black worktop of my previous house which had a brilliant shine when cleaned, mind you it was only 2 years old.......

So is there something that can be done/polih I can purchase to make this granite look better??? I looks very flat and has no shine/reflection at all??
