Who has a Paxton supercharger kit installed on their Viper?
I have mine done now but I'm still trying to decide how to map the boost/timing/fueling properly.
Took it to a local dyno (Dastek) but it maxed out the top speed of the rollers in 4th gear by about 5000rpm and spun it's wheels like a get in 3rd gear! Got 580ftlb torque measured at ~5000rpm before it topped out the dyno though - you do the math for likely max flywheel bhp!
But the 'timing controller' box that comes with the Paxton kit does seem to be a FTC fuel/timing calibrator sold by Split Second. It's a piggy-back type item but seems to be fully mapable (although I'm not sure how boost is factored into the timing/fueling equation yet) - it would appear that, with the relevant software for the FTC, I can map the Viper on the road/dyno properly without need for SCT or AEM involvement! Has anyone else had experience of this?

Give Gerry Gaffney a shout here ( Googled, but it seems the correct place. They were formerly Dastek HQ in the UK )

He uses Mainline dynos now as far as I know and they may be more suitable.
Failing that, a hub dyno will work fine as they can safely turn higher speeds. No idea if there are any local though.
AET Turbos in Wakefield have a Dynapack
