Done a bit of googling and found out that you can get a baby seat in the coupe OK, but is the convertible any different?

Would love to hear from anyone that's ferrying their kids around in the back.

As long as no one is in the seat in front it wont be a problem in either the Coupe or Convertible wink

As I said mate, it's very tight so as long as the front seat is all the way up forward it's achievable but if there is a front seat passenger it will be a tight call.

An infant car seat (back facing) would be an easier fir than a toddler (front facing) as the toddler would need more leg room.

BMW's own isofix car seat fits perfectly, we run a new 645 convertible back in 2004 with 2 small children ( 4 and 2 years old)
