Trying to submit advert - getting HTML error?

Trying to submit the following advert text, but it keeps getting refused on the basis it has HTML formatting? Can someone please point out the HTML formatting in the following text:

12 MONTHS MOT.

Climate Control - fan replaced for new in 2010 - ice cold!
Excellent condition for age - very comfortable to drive short or long distance.
