Tomtom Live traffic links with Highways Agency information

Tomtom has negotiated a deal with the Highways Agency to use HA information in Tomtom's Live service.

Oh, deep joy...

Now we can enjoy hazard notifications that are four hours out of date.

Quite how the HA manages to fail to update gantry information when an incident is cleared and long gone is a wonder of the modern world. It can't be that hard to switch it off, can it..?
