griffith dashboard ... show me yours ?

afternoon fellas
my griffs dash is nothing short of falling off in my hands these days and i need to change it. the leather is all magnolia, but the header over the dials is actually navy blue like the paint. Ive seen and heard of a number of options out there and things people have tried but would really appreciate any ideas.

The dark dash top gets hot in the sun, but does not annoyingly reflect it on the windscreen (like the light colours do).
Incidentally, I chose the magnolia seats because they do not get hot in the sun and the blue centre rests and doors, so they don't look grubby. IMHO, the interior trim combination works well with the Jaguar Antigua Blue bodywork?
BTW, the car is completely original.

ahhhhh ... the wooden original look... i like it..
but having said that i do like to mod a bit too
those chaps with the mods .. who is doing them. whenever i look about i find leven. and thats it.
where does one go for a change ? please also remember i was cursed with hands like an massive chimp, and the replacement will need to be done by some willing technical dudes.
any recommends appreciated also.

Make it out of any strong material, maybe thick plastic sheet and then give it to these people http://www.garnishdip.co.uk/ they will then provide a wood/carbon fibre or even a water finish
