Mortgage Advice
Discussion
Is anyone on here a 'creative' mortgage adviser. I have never really wanted a mortgage but the London rental market is doing my head in as prices are being massively squeezed at the moment because of overseas students and a total lack of properties for rent. So I'm leaning towards buying.
However, my stumbling block is that I have my own company and a fair chunk of my money is held within in that. I don't wish to take the money out of the company as that will be 25% dividend tax so I wish to either leave it in and take entrepreneur's relief at 10% or emigrate for a couple of years and take it out at 0%.
So my question really is how do I get a mortgage against money I have in a business. LTV would prob only be 30%.
