Another fantastic day organised by PCGB. Few cars on track and an open pitlane. Worth the membership alone!!

Here a bit of vid:

Thanks Steve. A bit wet through Craner, I know, but I'd rather throw a race car around there!!! tongue out

Nice vid Pete thumbup

p.s. When you get that 964 race car ready for the club championship, you'll need to be a couple a seconds quicker to get pole! eek

Eeek!!

The GT3 does Goodwood in 1;27:7, the 964 in std road trim in 1.33. I wonder if stripping it out and giving it proper susp will even get it down to the GT3 time??? Dunno.

In theory the 964 in race trim will be as heavy as the road car - I think the regs say it has to be a minimum of 1325 Kg including driver and fuel. I'm sure you'll be able to hustle it round at the required speed once your in race mode. Still, quite amazing to think that a 20 year old, 250 bhp, 964 race car can lap as quick (driver permitting) as the latest generation of road going GT3. smile
