What RC car for £50

My friend has £50 to spend on his son's 3rd birthday present and is thinking about an RC car. He doesn't want anything too fast as it will wreck the house, but something which can work outside as well would also be good.

The Maisto Tech Rock Crawler looks suitable but fragile. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Just get a cheap 'toy' RC buggy. Anything hobby grade will cost a lot more than £50. If he's only 3 he'll probably break it pretty quickly anyway, but its still a good idea to start the interest in RC cars early. Lewis Hamilton started by racing RC models don't you know!
