As the title suggests. Might be going to look at a car they've got in - they seem to look ok from the website.

Anyone dealt with them

Always seemed to have good stock in when I was looking for my 330, just always on the pricey side.

Agreed on price - but their warranty and after sales looks pretty good.

The car I'm considering is top end of the price scale but sounds really nice and has a fantastic spec.

Used to live around the corner from them, always looked like nice stock and had a good reputation in the area

I've had a look at a few of their cars over the last couple of years. They seem a good bunch, always very helpful and without the usual sales BS/patter.

I bought my current car from them last October. They are okay but not exceptional. They tried to get me to pay for my own tax disc! I'm not doing that on a 2nd hand car. Lost the tow cover from my front bumper and after 3 months of calls they never sent me another. I had to go to BMW at vast expense. I got a good price on a 2 year warranty though.

Personally, I think their cars do look expensive and it's not like you're buying from Munich Legends or something. Make sure you haggle with them.

So you got them to pay for your tax disc? (I've never got that thrown in on a used car).

Is the warranty any good? There are lots of poor ones out there

Not without a lot of effort! As far as I am concerned it should be sold as seen, which included a tax disc. It's not like they had to go out and buy one, the car had one from the previous owner, who I spoke to, but they tried to make me buy out the remaining four or five months. No chance. You wouldn't expect to pay for the wheels separately, would you?!

Warranty appears to be very comprehensive (although I haven't had a use for it yet) and valid up to about £2,500 - which will be good if the Auto box fails wink I'll dig out the details if you're interested in what it covers?

So, more importantly, what car have you seen there? biggrin

Car in question sounds good with NAV and sunroof...only Graphite and Lemon leather combo would put me off.

Agreed. I don't mind the Lemon leather but would rather it were black/white. Otherwise it's the car I've been waiting for - if the deal is right of course

We've got lemon leather in our 1 series - admittedly with a montego blue exterior - but i can definatley say its very nice - not a hint of yellow, more a very pale cream/off white colour. I particulary like the 2 tone door cards - think it really brightens up an otherwise dull interior

Only think you have to watch for is that dark blue jeans transfer the colour to the leather quite easily.

doesn't appear to be much wiggle room on price

Been round a few times and a mate bought a cheap 523i a few months ago.

Nice people and they seem to have good stock but most of the wheels seem to have been touched up by Stevie Wonder unfortunately - no idea why traders do this!
