Mmmmm, stoopid price for a car listing with only 1 pic and no details whatsoever - vendor claims to know nothing about cars.

Draw your own conclusion - I know what mine is.

Hilarious! All it wants is the prayer book on the passenger seat..... Owned by an old lady and no documentation? Now where did I put that Lowry I was given by an old lady.

Just think what it would be worth with a decent history and some decent photos. Could be £164 million.

Thinking about it, maybe the euro lottery winners always promised themselves the car of their dreams, and that just happens to be a Cortina

Well, if you look at the outrageous bids on all his other items I reckon he's p*ssed someone off and they're getting their own back . . .

Rather off topic , I was at the Thames Traditional Boat Show at Henley on Saturday and came across a 1960's built aluminium speed boatwith 1500 lotus twin cam engine !

The boats were deisigned to to take a standard Ford 1500 unit but the hull of this particular craft had been damaged and bought by a guy who could repair it , during this time a friends son had been given a Lotus Cortina as a birthday present and within 2 days had rolled it, the engine was acquired and hey presto there it is in this rather nice looking boat, with not a lot of hours on it and only used up to 4000rpm on odd occasions.

In view of what prices are being looked at here how much is the engine worth ?

Ali hull sounds like an ALbatros now quite rare, a few get shown at the Bromley Pageant every year.
