Egg yolks

Lots of meringues to make for the weekend so I would like some ideas to use up the left over yolks from PH masterchefs;)

If I could spell them I would suggest mayonnaise or creme brulee, or even Tiramisu.

Creme Brulee - you need sugar and double cream (and a dash of vanilla).

We had the opposite situation last week - I was making a batch of creme brulees, leaving a load of egg whites. so Mrs P used the whites to whisk up half a dozen meringue nests.
