Depends what you are doing with it really. I'd maybe try 30 all round and see how it goes. Or maybe 28 on the back.

Tyre type can make a difference too though.

Am about to go on a camping trip with the car fully laden and with a roof rack of kayaks. I thought they ran at 40 lb standard. I cannot find the book at the moment.
