No racetracks in Miami, but depending on how mobile you are there is car park amateur autocross at Homestead speedway and Drag Racing at Palmbeach raceway.

I was in Miami (well, Miami Beach) yesterday and had been further North in Florida before that (am currently over near Naples) but we hit up Daytona International Speedway which was fantastic. Do the 90 minute tour - cracking tour and great place. I would guess that's the closest 'famous' track?

Take the A1A north - very nice!
