Ford Focus 03 reg 1.6 petrol...cam belt ?

As per title, does a 1.6 03 Focus have a cambelt or chain ? My sister's car has not, as far as I know, had a 'belt change' and I do not know anything about Fords... (Alfa 156's maybe but not Fords !!)
If a belt, what is the mileage/age that it should be changed, and is it a big/expensive job at an independent garage ?

Mk1 Focus - Zetec engine has a belt

Ford recommend every 10yrs/100k .. fitted around £200ish I guess, probably a lot more at a Ford dealer
