According to the Speed6 handbook (Varley) approx 1 litre. Don't forget to check when HOT not COLD - I've been recommended to check at 50 degrees.

I put in 3/4 l to get to top from the bottom mark, then check again

Some advise running just about on the middle of the dipstick , if you run at max or close too it can blow oil into the airbox (if the oil breather hose is still connected) which leads to interesting clouds of blue oil smoke out of the rear whilst it burns off and it can clog the filter too. I think this is only likely to happen when ragging it or very bumpy roads (yumps) etc
