Having owned a chimaera for a year and having recently had one or two small problems I think I need to buy the book referred to here as the bible. Is this "The TVR Griffith & Chimaera" 2nd edition by Steve Heath? About £33?

Yes that's the one. Buy it, read it learn and digest it then you can change your moniker to 'Quitewellinformed'

no i think thats right, you cant buy from the shop unless you are a member.

I had a feeling there was one other outlet for the book I must admit. cant remember where it was.

Hi,

If you really want a TVR joining the TVRCC is the best investment you can make before getting one. Loads of free advice plus lots of well looked after examples for sale in the club magazine and specialists who'll help you find a car. And insurance companies do discounts for members too!!!

Ask PH'er 'SHpub' for sources, I think he's the man himself!!!

..yes you can.. My gran got me a copy for the S Series before she passed away and she certainly wasn't a member, she just rang up the club and ordered it. I think you'll find it on Amazon too mind you.

Cheers
Matt.

i meant ordering online as you have to pass through the members area to get to the shop. yep, just call carole and order one.

Amazon - that was the one I was trying to think of.
