This person has chosen to live near a rally stage, a quarry and just off a main road through Wales and is complaining about the noise from a rally!

We had one at a recent council meeting. He loves his cars, does loads of racing and track days at Castle Combe, and came in to complain about the annual charity scramble event that's vaguely near his house. Baffling.

You are missing the bit where he is complaining that there is noise near a residential area.

In his video of the 0 car he comments that the car loses control near spectators and "dislodges gravel" What a stupid ignorant prick, I hope someone pisses through his letter box....
