I'd use a combination of salt, pepper, paprika, chilli powder, and a tiny touch of garlic powder or onion granules.

I sometimes toss potato wedges in the above and some oil and bake them in the oven.

The secret to this is a crumbled chicken oxo cube (don't use knorr - its not granular enough) and a squeeze of lemon juice before baking them in the oven with a drizzle of oil. Toss them around now and then while cooking.

Jaundice Murhpey's.

Get Spuds, chop in to reasonably small squares or chunks.

Get pan, put oil in, get it hot.

Put spuds in spice mixture of Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, bit of chilli powder/paprika.

Fry in oil until cooked.

Spicy spuds!

Just did that today. Worked quite well.

Potatoes came out a little drier than I expected. Any tips ?
