Mines going to A&R Pound in August - been some good posts on here concerning their work. They quoted me £250 for lowest quality carpet and £450 for Wilton. This is for a 4.3 Griff - they are busy though, I phoned in April and August was their earliest. They said 3/4 days. They are up by Letchworth. See these threads.

well, similar to your problem really Miles, but grey.
The leather is mid-grey with a very similar shade of carpet throughout so, what I'm doing is:
Pale grey carpet throughout except for the footwell mats (inc, battery foot rest) and the door section, which will be in a very dark charcoal grey.
Mainly just to give a bit of contrast. No red piping, thought about it but it wouldn't look right.
Just have to check what the quality of the carpet is - they have sent me some samples and one is definitely better than the other, but I don't think it's Wilton!

I believe the "Wilton" refers to the finer shorter knape stuff which I think is what TVR stick in there as original. I'm not sure that this is the same plush Wilton that your average 80' middle classer has in their lounge though. But I could be wrong.

After you mentioned Wilton I couldn't help but think of the nice orange and brown 'jazzy' square shapes type carpet my neighbours used to have......maybe just maybe it would work, I'm off to Allied carpets after all to see if I can get some suitble offcuts. I reckon 'job done' for under £30
SMART!
SMART!not sure whether you've seen it or not but tvr gear list the carpet set for £699.55

is assume for that price you get everything all ready made and cut to shape in any colour your want?

if anyone has any ideas how much it costs too then that would be very useful.
If money's an issue, why not put the old ones up on e-bay and see if anyone wants to take the biscuit!Rich...
Cheeky!
I reckon I would get more money selling the mushrooms that have been growing on them!
