About time I posted a photo or two
Discussion
Been hanging around here for a few months and after 'making the investment' I have continued to benefit from contributors as well as just enjoyed the read. However, I thought it was time for a few photos now. And no, the plan is not mine, but it dates from 1935. If the owner of the plane ever reads this, thanks.

And coupes to boot...funboys in roadsters just attract...other funboys, really
Funboys, Ha! Just because they are an exceptional car to pose in does not detract from the driving pleasure that can be had from open top motoring And coupes to boot...funboys in roadsters just attract...other funboys, really

Plus I bet all you coupe owners are jealous when the sun is out

No probs, matey. This internet thingy is a pretty global phenomenon, so you should receive PH in whichever continent is sufficiently fortunate to house you and your good wife.
Great pics, and don't be a stranger

Edited to say that if you do move continent please advise your wife to travel in the plane rather than on the plane.

yeah I know amazing isn't it
Sadly PH wasn't such a priority, decided to have some time behind the wheel of the Vantage instead

Promise to do better

I have Scottish skin (think Mako blue), so the first few days in the sun are designed simply to turn white. Thereafter, I turn a shade of pink, then red, then scarlet, then helio, then purple, then deep purple, then...........I revert to mako blue.
Yup, volante / roadster is the one for me

I see, I forgot about you Scots and your sun intolerances.I have Scottish skin (think Mako blue), so the first few days in the sun are designed simply to turn white. There is one argument that you can have absolutely no comeback for, the sound. No roof, through a tunnel with considerable revs is simply unmatchable by your coupe

Point taken Georgeous.
Though, I have heard a whisper that AM are now putting something called "windows" in their cars and - this is the clever bit - a couple of them will actually wind down at the touch of a button.
Not sure if it will catch on or not, though

Having had 2 sqin of my face removed as a result of the sun, I'm not that bothered.Plus I bet all you coupe owners are jealous when the sun is out

Fortunately I've got a massive head so have a bit spare to be used in the Griff

Cars specifically designed to be convertibles are fine.
Chopped Coupes are for girls and hairdressers.
